ID cards for students and graduates

If you are a student:

  • You should have a current enrolment (the enrolment fees payment and registration of subjects).
  • Cancels the current value for the procedure.
  • Download your receipt.
  • Deliver the form fill out and payment receipt at the Sub-Directorate of Admissions and Registration –SAD– or servicios_sad@pedagogica.edu.co

 

If you are a new student, remember that Sub-Directorate of Admissions and Registration delivers your card during induction and welcome sessions. If you did not claim it, you can send your request to servicios_sad@pedagogica.edu.co or you can go to the headquarters of the Sub-Directorate of Admissions and Registration, Cra. 16A N ° 79-08.

 

If you are a graduate, remember that you now receive your ID card at the degree ceremony, but if you did not receive it, you may send your request to servicios_sad@pedagogica.edu.co, you can also request it at the offices of Sub-Directorate of Admissions and Registration, Cra. 16A N° 79-08. You should attach:

  • Photocopy of ID
  • Payment receipt
  • Photo 3×4 type document in JPG white background format (if you request it personally, you should take the photo in a USB)
  • Fill out the form

 

Lost
Requirements

  • Photocopy of the report where the student code is required
  • Photocopy of ID
  • Payment receipt
  • Photo 3×4 type document in a USB memory device, JPG format, white background
  • Fill out the form

Change of ID
Requirements

  • Photocopy of the new ID
  • Receipt of payment, if lost
  • Photo 3×4 type document in a USB memory device, JPG format, white background
  • Fill out the form

Note: The value of the student card duplicate for change of ID is the same as the expedition for the first time.
